Keith Andrew Morgan - 37
Sayreville, NJ

June 10, 1985 - September 8, 2022

Keith Morgan, 37, of Sayreville, NJ passed away peacefully at Saint Peter’s University Hospital due to complications from a short, but traumatic, illness surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Keith was born in New Brunswick, NJ and raised in Monroe Township, NJ (Middlesex County).  He graduated from Monroe Township High School in 2004. Keith began working in the food service industry at age 15 in Monroe Township’s Luigi’s Pizzeria and up until his death, was a part-time employee at Fresco Pizzeria in Monroe Township. Although he maintained full-time employment at GXO Logistics Supply Chain, everyone knew that Keith felt most at home in the
pizzeria. His infectious personality, unmatched work ethic, and love for life was contagious and he possessed the innate ability to brighten anyone’s day. He had a big heart that was used to express his love to family and friends alike. His work in the restaurant industry served as the catalyst for his many relationships. He was an honorary “Uncle Keith” to many children throughout Monroe Township and like his six nieces and two nephews, they brought him so much joy. From the moment news of his passing spread on social media, hundreds of people expressed nothing but their fondest memories of Keith. One such post read, “To know him was to love him. He was everyone’s friend and a light in their life.” Another said, “A tremendous loss for our (Monroe) community.”

Keith lived a “work hard, play hard” life. His time away from work was spent catching sun down at the Jersey shore, or hopping a flight to Florida, which was one of his favorite travel destinations. Keith possessed an exuberant persona and it followed him wherever he went. His selfies and self-narrated videos on social media demonstrate that he indeed lived life to the fullest. Keith was especially fond of his family and was the life of every gathering. He was generous with his time and made everyone feel appreciated and important. Keith had a special relationship with his late, maternal grandmother, Angela, and loved to bring her Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and apple turnovers from Monroe’s Amici’s Bakery, whom the staff considered Keith one of their own.

Keith is survived by his mother, Denise, of Milltown, NJ, father, William and stepmother, Allison, of Camp Hill, PA, and five siblings, Jason, of Lindenwold, NJ, Alycia Rosenman, and her husband Stephen, of Moorestown, NJ, Kevin, of Monroe Township, Jonathan, and his wife Stephanie, of Cedar Grove, NJ, and Amanda McIlhenny, and her husband Jeffrey, of Camp Hill, PA. He was a beloved uncle to Nathan, William, Holly, Sonia, Hannah, Abigail, Sarah, and Evelynn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, first and second cousins, and closefriends.
