Obituary of Leroy Mottola
Leroy Mottola passed away on Saturday February 9, 2019 at Parker at Monroe, Monroe Twp. He was 77 years old. Mr. Mottola was born and raised in Staten Island. He later lived in Montville, Sparta, and Branchville, and has resided in Encore, Monroe Twp. since 2005. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force. Lee was a master plumber for over 40 years before his retirement in 2018. He was a car racing enthusiast and raced all over the east coast. He also loved to train animals. He raised German Shepards, and owned and operated West Shore Stables in Staten Island. He competed in barrell racing and showed dogs competitively in national events.
He is survived by many immediate and extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 9:30am to 10:00am on Wednesday February 13, 2019 at Stone Hill Church, 1025 Bunn Dr, Princeton, NJ 08540. A funeral service will begin at 10:00am at the conclusion of the visitation on Wednesday at the church. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park Mausoleum, South Brunswick, NJ.
